Golden Oldies Vintage Tin

Welcome to Golden Oldies Vintage Tin pages. A site dedicated to getting old forgotten tin back into the hands of caring owners. My wife and I have been car nuts since our teens. I build em and she rides in em. Actually, she helps out a lot with the builds too. This site showcases some of the tin we have found and also some of my personal projects . Have a look around, there are several photo albums and several pages in some albums. One album is full of projects I know of. My goal is to get these pieces of tin out of the fields and back on the street. Build em, don't crush em. Of special interest is the pics of the tin farm. It is owned by a friend or ours in his 80's. One man's personal collection that got out of hand because he had the room. Everything is for sale as he isn't getting any younger. He doesn't want to deal with it so I am helping him out.  My favorite cars over the years have been model T's, model A's, 49-51 ford shoeboxes, 55-56 Chevs, and 41-48 fords. They have been my favorites and still are. I was into 60's fords and muscle cars, but always come back to my favourites. At any rate, enjoy. Pat.
